Man this chapter gave me goosebumps; such an emotional chapter. The way the mangaka showed Kousei's performance and Kaori's operation at the same time was intense. Those panels where Kaori slowly disappeared and Kousei was left alone in just pitch black was so sad. The letter will most likely confirm that Kaori 'loved' Kousei. God damn, Kaori actually died. Gonna cry when this gets animated.

Shit this damn feels, I do not know why I'm feeling so sad when I'm just reading the manga.
But it would be sure this would be much more (extremely?) painful in the anime version. So I'll be ready for that. (And the piano play would be awesome)
Next Tuesday will be the final chapter, I should be prepared to read it myself (Even I already know the major spoiler.) That letter though, damn it!

this could be Arima's imagination, and that Kaori probably died in the hospital but wrote a letter in advance?
p.s I have not read the chapter, I'm just guessing based off these four pictures.

I read it (and you too by now) so i think that when she apeared was the last straw. Her last attempt to stay here. She played one last time with him on the same stage and as the cherry blossoms flew away were as if her soul left this world. When I saw her in white there i cried maaan.

It would be weird a troll that the lie was the death of Kaori is fake, that's what everybody wants. But authors intend to make it sad as possible as most sad animes have low high ranking like AnoHana. But Shigastu no Kimi wa Uso should make and another OVA about what happens next. I mean there are a lot of animes that end similarly. And it feels unconfortable. I mean life doesn't go as expected. We all have to suffer no matter what...

there is already an ova it's called Memories.

actually kousei was supposed to die instead of koari not 100% sure because thats what i read in instagram it was an anime fact . I cried and made a river T-T
