| Lupin III is a mostly episodic show. If you watch Lupin III (2015) you'll understand the show pretty quickly and enjoy it. I only watched The Castle of Cagliostro and most people recommend you watch that first. Either way you can watch the 2015 version without being confused. |

| The Lupin franchise as stated above is episodic (theft of week basically), so you can start anywhere you want. I would recommend testing the waters with one of the movies or specials, like: The Secret of Mamo Castle of Cagliostro The Secret of Twilight Gemini The Fuma Conspiracy If you live in the North America, a large portion of the Lupin franchise is available on DVD from a company called Discotek. I was first exposed to it when Cartoon Network aired a chunk of the 2nd TV series. |

| With Lupin, it’s one of those things where, at least imo, you can start where ever. I started with castle of cagliostro which was a banger. I’d say start with part 1, which was the first series I watched, but if the animation isn’t too great for you, do part 2, it’s longer and funnier |
