| It's not known yet. May be a min before we really find out. The characters that are already known to have new VAs are Allen, Link, Bookman, and the Earl thus far. The VAs for BM and The Earl passed away. So no surprise they have new actors. But given the change with Allen's, they may want to just start over with new voices for the characters. |

| I wish they could keep the voice actors for all the previous characters voiced (except the Earl and Bookman for obvious reasons), but if they have to change all the cast, at least keep Shizuka Itou as Lenalee (not that she is going to have a big role in the new anime, but still). Also, I hope the studio cast Rikiya Koyama as the Earl. |

| Hopefully not, Sakurai Takahiro for Kanda and Suzumura Kenichi for Lavi were perfect for their respective characters and I can't imagine anyone else doing them. but the other character I wouldn't mind that much if they had another VA playing them. though Itou Shizuka not doing Lenalee anymore would be a bit sad. |

This change was good for Allen, since he kinda had a growth spurt. I mean, see Hunter x Hunter. Keiji Fujiwara voiced Leorio in both versions. Same goes for Paku Romi and Rie Kugimiya for Ed and Al. But it really would be a pity to see Sakurai, Suzumura and Itou out of their characters. Their voices really match Kanda, Lavi and Lenalee. I am quite curious about Alma´s voice actor, though.... |

| May just be wishful thinking. But could be all the other VA are the same, which is why they haven't been mentioned, because announcements usually tend to be for new info. So it's possibly they'd only tell the character and new VA if the actor has indeed changed. Possibly not wanting to make an announcement of "All the voice actors are exactly the same." lol So we just heard about the characters who were going to be different, so any character not mentioned as having a new VA currently may still have their old one. Obviously not counting VAs who have passed away. But again, if a VA died, it's obvious why they won't be back. But Allen and Link were announced because they're bigger characters who will have new voices, despite their original VA being alive and well, so not coming back. But again, just me grasping. As I would prefer most of the old VA back, since it'd make things more authentic. Because sometimes it's almost like the character is brand new when you get used to and love one voice, only for someone new to come in and take over. But it is very possible they wanna start fresh and decided to replace everyone. |

| It's kind of sad that we have to have some new voice actors, but it's been so long since the last series :/ Still, I hope that some of the old ones will come back. The ones I really hope stay are Kanda, Lavi, Tykki, Road, and Lenalee. That's a lot to hope for, but I think they were all especially perfect. I liked Allen's va, but I'm okay with the idea of a new one. He can't sound like a kid forever :P I really liked Link's voice too, but he's already got a new actor. |

| whaaa i'm so surprised people liked the original seiyuu cast so much, i personally didn't like it at all (i think the only characters with voices that suited them were lavi, komui and reever, and maybe lenalee). but well, i don't think very fondly of the original anime version in any other aspect either. still, i do understand that people get sad if they liked the original seiyuus. if they'd change, letsay, natsume yuujinchou's cast if it got a fifth season, i'd be really sad too. but, it's been years and if they really wanna do a fresh take on dgm, they have to change everything. i really hope the new anime will look better, and this time do justice for the manga. and to attract new fans, it's good to have a cast that has lots of new, popular seiyuus. (hell, i wouldn't be surprised if kaito ishikawa voiced kanda.) my prediction is that most of the cast, of not the whole cast, will be changed. but let's try to be positive. i know even i will get disappointed at some of the new casting but i really want the new anime season to not resemble the old one at all. except for the great OPs! i'll be expecting some hella nice tunes! |

Plus some of the changes they made to the story made no sense, or they added in filler scenes that made no sense, or just seemed random, with no purpose. So the last anime wasn't that good, far as I am concerned. I think I heard that Hoshino is supervising. So maybe this anime will do the upcoming chapters justice, and they'll stay more faithful to things - if she is indeed working closely with the anime team. That may have been a rumor |

So, while not much, Cross should be in 5 episodes at least, with speaking lines, if they plan to animate up to the current chapter. If the trailer is anything to go on, we see the manga page where he hugs Allen - with some words out to the side. So, I think the panels they showed, if not already done in the last anime, were scans of what was to come in this anime. |

I don't mind, long as they stick to the manga. because the last anime they messed up his character with fillers, and changing scenes. |

I remember waiting some 4-5 years to read the manga from where the anime left off (to stockpile) and then i ended up finding i only had to read some 3 or 4 chapters to catch up to the "latest" chapter. Hopefully this continues straight from episode 103. |

| OK I'm hyped for this one but here is the problem... It's been like 10 years since I have watched it and shounen genre mostly lost me in the meantime so I've been wondering if my favorite shounen of all time ( maybe except OP ) will catch my attention ... Only time will tell |

Only hearing Hinata during that scene XD Honestly I don't mind Allen's new voice that much, it might fit even better than the female one in the 2006 anime. Just keep Sakurai Takahiro & Suzumura Kenichi, that's enough. I wished they'd pull of a FMA:B, like when they changed most of the VA's but kept the ones which were really fitting, like Kugimiya Rie & Park Romi or Fujiwara Keiji for Hughes etc. |
