Well,ye...though there's always rouhly up to 1/3 of them that are easier to forget or doesn't impact me that much but ye..2/3 being good and better for my taste is still a lot,per season at least.
complaying is fine though...I got used to it..I like to do it as well,as long as the source material was at its weakest in the last 1/3 of the story anyway (basically the point where it was milked because it had initially huge success/sales and editors push it further but that's only story of the big mags I suppose)
For example people are overreacting regarding Horimiya..but it was kinda given that the anime going to be just summarization of the manga..that changes the slice of life x drama/romance ratio of manga (70% x 30% at least?) and swap them where anime is less slice of life/relax but drama/romance instead (in anime it's like 30% x 70% est,if you get my meaning).In the end it's just a promo for already ending manga that was hinted with the chapters that came out before the anime debuted its 1st episode so..either people don't get used to promos (if the mag it's serialized in isn't big time or popular mag as source material,it's most of the time going to be promo - look at great Space Brothers..the manga got quite ahead since then yet it was quite long for an anime promo).
I can name another anime that ended up kinda the same way like Hormiya (summarization of manga) but that one had longer manga run so they cut out more timeframe during the time they flew by in the manga (like extra drama/characters ecounters..which changes the way what the main characters go through etc. ,including them getting better at their job they do as for living etc.) - Yesterday wo Utatte

Monster huh...sadly there are barely any animes that matched that one I would say..even if there's one it's hard to really carve into memory since it's either just 1-cour thing or something where there are intentional gaps in mind since it didn't get many episodes to work with so you have to figure out 70% of the vague things and eventually connects the dots by yourself which either gives you better perception of the given ending/certain character motives or worse.
Though I would say..Psycho-Pass franchise would get there even if the time it takes place in is fictional future and it won't turn into that kinda feeling until the last movie which mixes that and some of the tropes that were common in previous 3 seasons.As for some of the animes like that..maybe Babylon,Id:Invaded or Pet from the recent years..

Well,in the recent season my favs were Shingeki no Kyojin [EP60-75],Re:Zero 4th cour,Horimiya,Mushoku Tensei,Beastars,World Trigger 7th cour,Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken 3rd cour,Non Non Biyori 3,Wonder Egg Priority,Yuru Camp 2,Bungou Stray Dogs Wan,Kumo desu ga, Nani ka

Not sure if watched all of them but if you have genre in mind then I can maybe recommend something.

Ye..even if some of them appear less these days,there is other generation that takes over and you hear them frequently each season.
