| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- So MatDB is being serialized once again, this time in the new Young Magazine The 3rd. 2 chapters were in the issue back-to-back and it seems like it will pick up again in January, maybe? So, it picks up right where it left off 6 years ago. There's a lot of introspection and reflection on all the past events and what lead them to where they are to help catch new readers up, I guess. Clyde and RJ sure look a bit different. It has been a while, so I'm sure Hiramoto's not used to drawing them like he was. Seems like Clyde has a nervous breakdown and pulls his gun on RJ to force him to start playing. The bandages covering his cursed hand come off and the chapter(s) end. Nice to see the series back. I always hoped it would return as it wasn't officially "cancelled." Hiramoto's success with Prison School prolly allows him to do his own thing now. |
