Lol every single manga series in the top 30 on this list has an anime adaptation except Orange. Looks like Nanatsu no Taizai broke the 10M mark too, nice. |

People on MAL refuse to actually enjoy watching anime. Your taste in anime isn't a personality trait. MAL is literally just anime Twitter as its own website lol. |

Is it me or the LN sales this year are especially good? THe cut off seems quite higher than usual. And wow those danmachi sales. They were truly successfully in their business model with this one. thebrentinator24 said: Damn One Piece is practically unstoppable. It's also nice to see OPM at number 11. Loli with big boobs is mostly pleasing the anime watchers. LN readers won't really care because there is almost no ecchi (like 2 scenes in 5 volumes) anyway so big boobs are not isn't going to change a thing... Those bouncing things only bounce in that anime adaptation you know. Especially since Hestia's screentime % was artificially extremely increased in the anime. In the LN, she's irrelevant to the story in like half the arcs. |

Fab to see One Piece at the top again, never doubted it. Pretty much unstoppable. Fab to see the boosts for Shokugeki, Prison School and Kingdom up there. The former 2's anime adaptations worked a treat whilst that show (not quite sure of the name) gave Kingdom a massive boost. Elsewhere Fairy Tail, Nisekoi and Diamond no Ace remaining consistent. As for LNs: Disappointed that DanMachi just pipped Mahouka to number one but Mahouka's main boost was last year with some rolling into this. Yahari impressing yet again. Elsewhere nice to see Accel World, Date A Live and SAO still going strong. Shame no High School DxD on the list but completely understandable since so few volumes have been released in the time period (2 and 1 DX book). The latter would be counted seperately anyway. 27. *,234,809 Shinmai Maou no Testament Anime has done it's job which is fab to see. Shame it's not higher though but smaller number of volumes might contribute to that as well. |

Kingdom, TG sales might drop next year. Bleach sales will definitely get worse, Magi might follow that path as well. I agree with the poster that said FT has the most loyal fanbase, those are probably the fans that follow the manga because of the FS lol. |

If someone told me that a Vol of Tokyo Ghoul would sell a million before the anime. I would think they're nuts or completely delusional. Sui Ishida is drowning in money. 4 Vols of Re sold almost 4 million and that's not even adding the original series which would put it at 6th beating Haikyuu. |
