| Maybe it's because Toei made it, but the character's design reminds me of those disney movies I used to watch. Goofy adventure or something, and some mickey mouses, and some other movies. In those movies because the artstyle is different and I see them as western cartoon it bothered me less, but in this case where the style is definitely anime, it bothers me quite a lot. Especially the eyes and the nose. It looks really horrid. The eyes are really small and the pupil is really squinted. The nose makes them look like some kind of mouse. Is it just me or is there anyone else who thinks so? I like the old design better to be honest. What's with this disney-like design. |

| Maybe you weren't informed that the character designer for Tri is the same as the one who did Tsuritama. |

Well it was one of the major complaints for Tri when it hasn't aired yet especially when they released a promotional poster with all the DigiDestined present. I think people have already gotten over it except the ones who didn't participate in pre-Tri discussions. |
