| I could have done without that lekuidori scene at the end, it was horrifying. Aily's suffering continues unfortunately, in a terrifying way. Reid is alright, but I wonder how long he will stay that way now that he has joined the fight while in such a weakened state. I was wondering at first if the general/prince was killed by Saber but it says there was a rumor that it was a Kaladia spy so maybe not. |

No. I think those monsters just claim the memories from the corpses they eat to mimic them and fool other humans into becoming their prey. Those are the same things that eaten Souna family in the very first chapter of the manga. |
