| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Inspector Wong may be starting to grow a bigger moral backbone. He came close when he at first refused his superior's orders. It doesn't look like he'll just stop at questioning his superiors orders now though. The GPO looks more and more shady now that the young boy's origins are known. It was a bit saddening how he offed himself in the end. |

| It strikes me that this show is to some degree an alien invasion story from the alien's viewpoint: human scientists performed an experiment which released alien which take over human bodies. Kinda scary. It's not entirely true, though. Rynax, singly or as a group, don't seem to have any agenda, so it's not like there's an actual invasion. Regardless, Yvon's disregard for human life, even the one he's hijacked, is chilling. Regardless, this might make the GPO look a little more sympathetic...but I'm not seeing that as of right now. |

| The kid was so creepy when he chased Christmas. He was literally a super human stalker. Wish Kurau teach Christmas how to use her powers. Dark end there. Guess GPO finds Kurau next episode. |
| I kinda feel bad for Yvon. We barely know much about him, but not having a Pair caused him severe pain, just like what happened to Kurau many eps ago. A brutal and sad way to end the episode, tbh. Can't say I was expecting Yvon to shoot himself. That was a bit of a shock, especially for a show rated PG-13. |

| oh for fuck's sake the message of this episode is that the solution to loneliness is suicide. hey, at least they got the race-slave plot back on track. slave-catcher Ayaka gets another chance to shine. i cannot believe i've wasted 15 episodes watching this pile of garbage. edit: this was my drop point |
