| ep 138 is the best toriko episode iv seen , the animation and gore were perfect imo and the soundtrack was amazing they even shown tommy's hand go trough sani's chest!!! i hope they will keep it up this way , so atm episode 138 is my favorite in toriko anime :p |

| Definitely the most gory episode in Toriko so far. The battle itself wasn't bad either. |
| So this is the second time he unleashes Satan Hair but this time actually explains it, pretty cool. Hope he kills that annoying insect. |

| Out of the Cooking Fest episode, this is the best so far (I was disappointed by Toriko's barrage of techniques to Starjun that marked the start of their battle) for me at least. Really, they should stop showing previews of Starjun vs. Toriko and follow the order in the manga, where it would settle to just the two of them. |

| A lot better than the previous one and that was because they weren't trying as much to buy time but actually showing the fight. Also nice to see they actually became a little more daring in showing blood etc. |

| At least the animation got better. Sani having such big problems with an enemy Toriko faced before though is... kinda disappointing. |
