| Edgar reminds me of Tamaki from Ouran High School Host Club.. at least some of his looks and sot of how he's flirtatious, but Tamaki is flirtatious in a non-knowing way sort of.. >.> I have a soft side for guys that look like Tamaki lol I know I'm gonna be enjoying this anime, since well I liked the first episode(LOL @ the ending where the two keep taking steps back), and won't bother to drop this one. ^^ Oh and I don't think the animation is that bad.. it's okay. |

| I think he has Miyagi's attitude well, kind of darker motives / interests... No Tamaki's more joyful and naive not like that Eddgar. I'm still disturbed about that fairy thing wich was not so ... it was kind of so, so. Why are shojo's girls more cute / well done / beauties than in most of animes ...!! |

The sparkles and the way Edgar "flew" to save the girl is lol "Raven, there's no need to kill anyone over such a trifling matter" Ok, Raven looked dangerous. | So far so good. The concept has me intrigued, poor Lydia looks like a quack. The cat-fairy is a hoot, drinking alcohol and acting like he's king. Edgar is rather cunning and I like his interactions with Lydia, lots of heart racing moments for her. |

| :O i didn't know the earl and the fairy was an anime! i've only read the manga. XD nico's voice wasn't what i was expecting. i saw him as having a lower, less goofy sounding voice, but this voice isn't all that bad once you get used to it... i also missed seeing ermine's pretty face when lydia got changed for dinner. hopefully, she'll show up later. ^^ other than that, i liked it. |

| Well, that was very... shoujo-esque. Not sure what to think about it yet, the writing isn't brilliant, but it isn't bad, either. I wonder what's up with Edgar. I kind of like the fact that he's an asshole who pretends to be sweet. So, what is happening with Huksley? Is he truly an acquaintance of Lydia's father who is trying to save her, is he after the sword as well or is he working with Edgar? |

| Just started this anime and wow, very fucking weird. Lydia is abnormal as hell, and it's dumb how they portrayed her. She must have been able to see fairies since she was little, right? So why does the series open up with her being a little shocked at people thinking she's weird as fuck for talking to herself and not believing in fairies?? And then her little defense of the Fairy World on the boat is supposed to make her seem charming, but she really doesn't know how to speak to people or make them like her, does she??? Maybe she's just supposed to be a weirdo who is an outcast in the human world, only able to communicate with fairies. Then what about our weird dude, Edgar? Just fucking kidnaps her wtf. And we see earlier that in the paper is an article about an escaped murderer who is described exactly like Edgar??? Fucking "ash mauve eyes". What newspaper would describe the colour of someone's eyes like that Anyway lol I like the art style, and I'm looking forward to seeing some fucking fairies, more than a talking cat and some "Brownies" who appear briefly. But Edgar is creepy af. |

| So far, I agree with the general consensus on Edgar. He's really creepy and annoying. I hate his character type, much like the general consensus. Lydia is okay, if not a little dumb, but she's not the absolute worst. Lydia is tolerable. I will say that the cat drinking liquor is what carried the episode. That cat is funny. lol. |
