| *spoilers* I think Noein from the anime Noein also belongs as one of the worst villains, trying to destroy the universities in all dimensions. Roa from Tsukihime was also quite a bad one. All the other bad and mention-worthy villains i know were already mentioned. I want to say Nijima from Kenichi as well, though he is not really a bad guy, just an ambitious egoist, knowing how to play/use other people |
