| According to the official Twitter, an OVA of Accel World was announced to be released on September 13th. It will be bundled with the simulation & action game "Accel World -Ginyoku no Kakusei-" for Playstation Portable and Playstation 3. What makes you think the NPC's have abilities to slow time down? let's say they do, what makes you think every single one of them has it and will use it? lol. The enemies in the series are also Link Bursters, and thus they have the ability to slow time down. Heck, that's why they fight to begin with. |
