I kind of want Thanatos to win this fight, but I guess that won't happen - especially judging from the next episode preview. As it is now, it feels like the Specters get their asses handed to them every time. It'd be nice to have some more balance. I hope he at least survives. |

| As a huge fan of Saint Seiya, I have to say that the LC anime is leaving me speechless, everything so far has been flawless, except not changing the OP, lol, and the time it will take to finish this into anime format. But aside that, I have followed the LC manga till the current chapter they are in now and let me tell you that they are doing this faithfully to the manga and on top of it they are making it look so freaking epic. Manigoldo and Pope FTW! Also, Thanatos was amazing in this episode, and his voice changing when he got his surplice. Can't wait to see next 2 episodes, hope they don't take to long. If it's every month they will release 2 episodes then that's perfectly fine with me :) |

The only high level gods are the Twelve Olympians. Athena and Hades count in. Ok, some of the Titans are powerful too but that's another story. |

| Gotta love Hypnos's attitude over his brother's bullshit. "Is your own stuff, resolve it yourself". I always have liked Hypnos the most out of the two Twin Gods, mostly for his cunning and more calming approach to the adversities than his more confident and arrogant brother. Still, I like Thanatos too, especially this incarnation, since at least he doesn't looks like a fool compared to his self of the classic series. His "literal chess" attack was cool too, I didn't remembered that. And Sage appears in front of the God of Death, and seals the space he created (saving Manigoldo in the process). This dude (and his brother) spended 200 years preparing for the comming of the Twin Gods to confront them properly, and give us this line: "Is task of the Patriarch to be one step above of the Gods", what a freaking badass. Gotta love how he humbles down his disciple by telling him that Hades's barrier wasn't helping his oponent and that he is THAT strong. But then, he predicted that much the movements of Thanatos, that uses his own technique against him! The fact that Sage managed to reach to Manigoldo's heart and introduce him to the right path, while making him understand how he views life (contrasting with Manigoldo's cynical view of it when he was young) makes this man even more incredible. AND THEN THERE IS THIS FUCKING PUNCH!  This is perfect, Touma Kamijou would be proud of such punch. The man, the legend, Cancer Manigoldo, hitting the smug God of Death in the face! We love you, you great son of a bitch! Btw, on another note, is funny to see that, out of 25 voters, only 1 voted the option "It was OK" in the poll of the episode. I bet Thanatos made an account on MAL just to vote that xD |

| That punch was definitely satisfying. Manigoldo is badass, but I think the Pope is even more awesome preparing to fight the twin gods after the previous Holy War. Love me some badass old man. |
