i believe you are the one who lack the ability to comprehend the nuance behind his character. Saiki is a tsundere, he loves and sometimes proud of his power, but acts like he doesn't want them. He always push his friends, but his actions says otherwise and show that he cares for them. He's just a normal human who wants connection too, but having power made him detach himself from other humans and the trauma he had from his childhood made him avoid or acts like he doesn't need human relationship. I believe he'd like to have a partner too, but it requires that person to be of the same level as him for him to not look down on them, and for me personally the only person he treats as an equal and multiple times said that if they're both combined will be unbeatable is Teruhashi. And he once accidentally realize that Teruhashi is his ideal girl and almost said Oh wow to her.
