I think it's a few years from now mostly because I feel like Toei has been working on it since Daima was in preproduction.

Chances are low because they have already released two sequal moves, there is only possibility that next one will also be movie because Manga is not going to end too soon and it was monthly too when it was serialized.

Why did you make a poll with the assumption that there will be another Super series/season? What make you think that?
I gotta say, there's no evidence Super will continue, on the contrary, it looks like Super is done for good. Even though, there are rumors there will be a new movie next this year or the next year that could be branded Super, but other than that as I said, it looks like Super is done for good.

i don't think he means anything with name "super" just in general the next arc that is released on manga. IT EXISTS so it will come out some day as anime doesn't matter if it counts as db super or not

Yes it would if it had anything to do with the series, please stop talking about the comic like it does have something to do with the animated series. They are two different things, it doesn't work like the past, when Toriyama wrote Dragon Ball and Toei adapted it into an animated series. Now it's the animated series that is the original source, Toyotaro just adapted it into a comic, added and changed part of the story and continued with a couple of new stories.

i agree there is a lot of differences between them but they still follow "somewhat" of the same story, sure like the battles for the Tournament were really different but at the end of the day both of them had the tournament. you get what i mean right?

Yes I feel what you said, but if you look when both series got released (I mean first the animated one and then the comic) you understand what was planned. Of course the put some kind of effort with the version of Toyotaro, but it's clear the comic is just advertising material.

Quite frankly, I don’t think it’s ever happening. It’s been over half a decade since Super ended, Toei itself has shown no interest in continuing the series in TV form & it’s moved on to Daima on that front, and there’s no certainty as to whether the later arcs of Toyotaro’s manga will be adapted since that isn’t actually the source material for the series & the animated branch of the franchise has rarely even so much as acknowledged anything from it, let alone tried to work it into canon.

Hopefully never. I'd prefer two seperate limited series.
"Dragon Ball Super: Moro" and "DBS: Granolah the Survivor".
Both with different animation and art styles. Whatever suits each arc the most. Toei has perfected 3D in Super Hero and 2D in Daima. As long as it serves to tell a good story, and involves Toyotarou as closely as Toriyama was in Daima, these last two arcs could be the best thing to come out of modern Dragon Ball.

You’re absolutely braindead if you think the manga isn’t the canon continuity.

How is “after the manga finishes” last? We’re on the final arc?

The fact that someone has actually tried to say the manga which they referred to as a “comic” is not related is honestly hilarious 😂

Then why is the manga canon? Why write the super hero film in? Why mention the broly film? Why cover the same arcs as the anime? Why continue on at all?

Most of the time manga is the source material.
Dragon Ball Super is a bit of a weird one but if you think they won’t adapt more, you’re insane.

If it’ll make money and make the fans happy, they’re going to do it.
They will milk this franchise forever.

What are you talking about 😂? The production of the animated series starter way before Toyotaro started to sketches. Every saga ended way before the one in the comic 😂 and every time Toyotaro changed the flow of the events ... do you have any idea of what you're talking about?

There is no real Canon with Super. The Movies, the TV Series and the Manga are their own continuities, and contradict each other. They are all "Canon" because Toriyama wrote and gave a synopsis to everyone and "supervised" them, but none were said to be more important than others.

There is a severe problem with the copyrights of the Dragon Ball franchise since Toriyama's death, with multiple entities (including Toei and Shueisha) fighting for it. That's probably part of why the Anime didn't returned for a 2nd Season yet, and why the Manga was in Hiatus for a year.

So adaptations are doubtful, now, even if each entity will obviously try to find a way to milk the franchise one way or another.
