Episode 3 drop in quality

Is this show having problems?
Episode 3 seemed weird and the quality dropped compared to episode 2 O_o.
Good news is they did add gore/dismemberment for 1 second. So looks like censorship is being removed.

It looked just as same as first 2 episodes though. And I dont mean it in an optimistic way....

i havent even heard of The manga till ive seen the anime on mal but im SO SO SOOOO disappointed that theres censorship when the manga is seemingly R rated.

His wildly oscillating strength makes this hard to watch. Every once in a while he's really strong, while for long periods he's either weak or unwilling to stand up for himself due to being some emo kid who can't even stay on his feet much less defend himself.

He got beat at least three separate times in just this episode, when he's supposed to be the strongest. If he can't win these fights, why is he just charging at entire groups of heroes like an idiot? Maybe try some planning?
