| Oh fun, another episode out of the school classroom doors although Seimei still had to deal with his own trouble around city. Feels like this episode had countless opportunties with the supernatural fluff going on. Good to see Seimei being a good role model for that kid this episode. |

| Really enjoyable episode It was fun seeing everyone exploring Tokyo and it was so nice to see the lengths Seimiei will go to help a child in need. |
| Things got a bit real this episode when Haruaki got lost in Tokyo and decided to run into a burning building to save a ghost child, I know that sounds dumb but since he’s the teacher of Youkai I get why he would be saving a ghost from a fire lol. A lot of hands were on deck here too, the students assembled and did what needed to be done to save Haruaki despite the obstacles along the way, and in the end they saved him and the ghost girl, pretty sweet stuff, and Haruaki earned lots of respect points here too. And now I’m very curious about Sano’s brother, he got along with Haruaki at first but started getting weird when the ghost girl was in trouble, and apparently he’s a god of fortune too, maybe lol, i definitely want to see more of him in the 2nd cour. And speaking of the 2nd cour, looks like there’s a week break with the next episode coming on 1/7/25, and I’m guessing with that is new OP and ED songs, I’m excited to hear them but I definitely don’t agree with what one person said about the first OP being the worst OP of the year lol, I found it to be super catchy personally and very fitting for the wackiness of this show, and the ED was a nice one to come off the insane episodes with, I’ll definitely miss both songs. |

| Seimei-kun just can't turn a blind eye to a yokai in need, especially now that he's grown fond of his yokai students. And Sano-kun feels overly protective of him too in his own way lol I wonder if that little yokai girl will be Seimei-kun's adopted little yokai child now 🤔 |

| The Tokyo field trip...to end up finding the lost teacher, the youkai get moving in a rather unfamiliar land. And to find fellow alumnus Yamazaki along the way while Haruaki got so lost to coincidentally find a fellow Youkai person, trusting in him is better than nothing if there's anything to go by, even if he looked suspicious. To find a zashikiwarashi that depicted a scenario of a departmental store fire in Ginza, that Haruaki would risk his life for to save, it only confirms that the person himself is Sano's older brother. But Sano getting the call through is evidence enough that Haruaki is found and needs rescuing, though it's the tailsman that provides him protection, and then the burst of the water pipe (that's thanks to Sano's older beother being the God of Fortune), there's room for Sano's family drama. The 1st half definitely is a lot of whack with substances building up, will have to see the 2nd Cour going forward for more. |
