Nina the Starry Bride
| Some of the art was nice, but I don't think it was beautifully animated, it was clearly very low budget. And the pacing was off as well. It would've benefited from having 24 episodes instead of 12 to develop the plot and characters with more detail. I think an average of 6/7 is fair and accurate. |

| if it was a 24 episode series, the score would be closer to a 7.8 or higher. The best parts would be coming up, but sadly unless s2 is announced they wont be seen. It gets better. |

| Lots of drama, twists and turns, storyline wise, I would say it has potential. But a really good anime has characters that one can find endearing, relatable or admirable. Personally, this anime makes me feel more annoyed after watching it and that sometimes can take the enjoyment out of the equation. Why is it annoying? Maybe because I can't quite connect with any of the the characters and I don't find them exceptional. What about Nina? Isn't she adorable? Not really, she is too inconsistent and fickle to be a strong enough protagonist imho. I'm not sure about what others think but this would be the reason why this anime isn't on the top of my list. Doesn't mean it is bad though, it's just not that enjoyable. A good anime leaves a good aftertaste after watching it, or leaves one in awe and deep thought. This one does neither for me, I'm just left in annoyance now. |
| I have it at a 7, but the show suffered from pacing issues throughout and what seems to be a jumpy plotline. The race to the cliff ending almost had me drop it to a 6. |

| This anime had a lot of nonsense, I enjoyed some moments, but most of it was average at best Nina's actions sometimes left me wondering if she's a 10 year old There are more anime this season with a lower score that I liked better |
