'Fuguushoku "Kanteishi" ga Jitsu wa Saikyou Datta' Reveals Additional Cast, Theme Songs, Second Promo
 The official website for the television anime adaptation of Ibarakino's Fuguushoku "Kanteishi" ga Jitsu wa Saikyou Datta: Naraku de Kitaeta Saikyou no "Shingan" de Musou suru (The Unfavorable Job "Appraiser" Is Actually the Strongest) light novel revealed three additional cast members, theme songs artists, and the second promotional video on Tuesday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on January 9 at 11:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX and BS11, followed by AT-X and TV Hokkaido. Cast Jasper: Takeo Ootsuka (Kusuriya no Hitorigoto) Zoid: Daisuke Namikawa (Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu) Echidna: Kana Hanazawa (Kimetsu no Yaiba) Rock band ASTERISM is performing the opening theme "Crescendo," and idol group 22/7 (Atri: My Dear Moments) is performing the ending theme "Rock wa Shinanai." Both theme songs are previewed in the promotional video below. Kenta Oonishi (Ore dake Haireru Kakushi Dungeon) is directing the anime at Okuruto Noboru. Touko Machida (Isekai Nonbiri Nouka) is handling the series composition and Sayuri Sakimoto (Sokushi Cheat ga Saikyou sugite, Isekai no Yatsura ga Marude Aite ni Naranai n desu ga.) is designing the characters. Satoshi Houno (Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari) and Kaori Nakano (Tasogare Out Focus) are composing the music. Ibarakino began penning the fantasy adventure novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in December 2019. Kodansha acquired the novel and published the first volume under its light novel imprint in October 2020, featuring illustrations by Yuu Hitaki. The third volume was released on July 2. Morohoshi Fuji began drawing a manga adaptation in Magazine pocket in July 2020. The 13th volume was released on November 8, while the 14th volume is scheduled for release on January 8, 2025. | @EcchiGodMamster Due to the nature of this story, the majority is girls for the main and supporting cast(to the point you could call it harem because it has romance and females don't exist exclusively for eye candy/fanservice purposes) . When it comes to background characters you are gonna see some male characters (and I am not talking about random civilians ) that have some connection to the main and supporting cast. When it comes to the enemies you are gonna see much more male/female balanced cast. At least that's what encountered after reading 90 chapters of the manga.... |

i'd rather have a less fanservicey anime thats mostly girls (including bg characters and villains) than a more fanservicey anime thats mostly dudes (same)
| @EcchiGodMamster I don't know how they will handle the source material in the anime adaptation but since they seem to focus mainly on Echidna scenes you will eventually stop giving a damn about the ratio of the enemies team mainly due to the fact that Echidna is major lunatic. |
