'Ameku Takao no Suiri Karte' Unveils Additional Cast, Theme Songs, Second Promo

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Mikito Chinen's Ameku Takao no Suiri Karte (Ameku Takao's Detective Karte) novel revealed additional cast, theme songs, a second key visual (pictured), and a second promotional video on Saturday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on January 2 at 12:00 a.m. on Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and BS11, followed by Chuukyou TV, Yomiuri TV, Ryukyu Asahi Broadcasting, and Animax.

Singer-songwriter Aimer (Kimetsu no Yaiba: Yuukaku-hen, NieR:Automata Ver1.1a) performs the opening theme "SCOPE" and The Gospellers is performing the ending theme "will be fine" featuring Anly (Naruto: Shippuuden, Nanatsu no Taizai: Imashime no Fukkatsu). Both songs are previewed in the promotional video below.

Kazuya Iwata (Loop 7-kaime no Akuyaku Reijou wa, Moto Tekikoku de Jiyuu Kimama na Hanayome Seikatsu wo Mankitsu suru) helms the anime at Project No.9. Satoshi Sugisawa (Koi wa Sekai Seifuku no Ato de) is handling the series composition and penning the script with Yuuko Kakihara (Kusuriya no Hitorigoto). Yuka Takashina (Ishura) is designing the characters and fox capture plan (Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai) is composing the music.

Mikito began writing the medical mystery novel under Shinchosha's Shincho Bunko nex imprint in October 2014, with illustrations by Noizi Itou (Suzumiya Haruhi Series). The 13th volume was released in September 2022. The novel has been republished by Jitsugyo no Nihon Sha since October 2023, with three new volumes—volumes 14, 15, and 16.

Comic@Bunch began serializing a manga adaptation by Hiroki Ohara from April 2016 to March 2018. Shinchosha shipped the fourth and final volume in June 2018.

Looks very interesting for and the main heroine is also a doctor! I hope for 24-26 episodes!

it is technically correct, but I just found out from the official site earlier that airing at 12:00 a.m. is only for the first broadcast. it will start airing at 12:30 a.m. on January 8 and beyond.
