Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.  |

Nah it's the military and governing on a strategic level, in this case focused on squad level but still built upon modern and level strategic and political interraction.
I'd be very glad if you could tip me for another one.
| @Gl0rp Sure. It's a theme, the military thing. I guess if you're that specific and not happy with just Isekai-War stories, then it IS kinda special in that field. Try Zipang, Alderamin, Cop Craft, Youjo Senki or Drifters If you're strictly into Elves vs Tanks, these wont be any good to you. But they're typical Fantasy/Isekai-Military Shows. Cop Craft is actually without military but it's got the same sort of Gate, as a huge similarity. |

Alderamin and Cop Craft are wildly off the mark. The others I don't really know about but that you even mentioned the above animes tells me that you're missing my point.

You missed the military scale and isekai conflicts between societies in you examples I know of.
I think we're just off regarding what I said and you presume.
