Can someone who has read the manga give breakdown of the nexts episodes and fights. I’m guessing over the next episodes everyone is getting their big fight, can you give me the episode and the soul reaper who gets his fight?

This whole cour is full of new stuff so it's hard to give out spoilers! The Renji vs Uryu fight was anime original.
So this is only speculation (updated):
Episode 8-9: Mayuri
Episode 10-11: Kyoraku
Episode 12-13: Bazz-B and other stuff

I do not believe we will see Urahara and Yoruichi fight. Also, it's possible that both Kyoraku's and Mayuri's fights take two episodes.

Yea that's my bet too, altho Urahara's is one of my most anticipated fights, i dont think it will happen here. Kyoraku is the other one im so damn excited about!

I think in the opening, it is clearly shown that
Mayuri's fight will be covered in this cour(2eps)
Shinsui's fight will also take 2 eps
then for the last bazz B's fight with the blonde dude

If the fights only last for one episode there won't be enough material for the fourth cour.

EPs 8 and 9: Mayuri's fight
EP 10: Bazz-B's fight
EPs 11, 12, and 13: Shunsui's fight and set up for cour 4 fights
