Isn't it natural for a human to want food and romance? Denji touched on this way back against leech, he doesn't need the typical shonen dreams. He's a simple guy and that's more than ok
Yeah but that's why its boring. Everyone wants that and food is literally a basic need. Also he hasnt even actively tried to get a girlfriend.

No stop being this charitable. He achieved his food and shelter literally in part 1. Then he lost it again now in part 2 but that just makes it feel like his character either doesn't develop or it actually regresses.
Also yeah he went on 1 date with Makima and 1 date with Asa. wow much character interaction.
Like CSM only has its aesthetic going for it. That's all the flowers I can give it but even the art has gotten worse even tho Fujimoto has way better of a schedule and the ch pages being like 15 on more and more chapters.

It's also objectively shit writing to kill a character that isn't fodder in 10 chs after being introduced. And like the biggest
problem in CSM is the fact that every time there is a chance for an emotional high or a cinematic scene it either
A) concludes way too abruptly and weirdly like the Gun devil
B) it literally doesn't even pay off.
