| Loved it being an episode NOT focused on the starter pokemon- I wish the secondary pokemon got more focus than their occasional evolution episodes though as they're my favourites in their respective teams. starters are overexposed but i'm guessing that won't change since it's been 70 episodes of it. |
| Knowing we would get an episode focused on Tinkatink I expected a boring episode, but it turned out to be actually quite good. A good introduction of Bombirdier in the anime and the evolution of the last Pokemon of our leading characters. By the way, I have the impression that our heroes will not catch any more Pokemons and everyone will stay with their current three until the end of Horizons. Anyway, Briar and Perrin will finally appear in the next episode. Meeting Briar at the Crystal Pool suggests that something important to the plot will happen. People who played the Scarlet/Violet DLC rather don't need an explanation why, and anime-only people will find out in a week. I hope it will be something interesting, because the story in Horizons moves very slooowly. |

| Tinkatink's evolution really surprised me too! The emotion packed into that moment hit hard, and I have to admit, it got me a bit teary-eyed as well. It's amazing when a Pokémon's evolution carries such an impact. |
