The original announcement mentioned 52 EPs, which means 4 seasons with 13 episodes each.

Proof of what? Everyone knows that there will be one more part and since every cour so far released a year apart, it’s not wrong to assume that last cour will release next year.

Now there are better topics to debate, which are anime originals and the new lore for Kubology lessons, no longer the amount of cours are in the focus if it's been settled before cour 1 release.

4 cours, 52 episodes. Cour 1 and 2 with 13 episodes. Cour 3 hypothetically is expected for 14 episodes [not sure for that] the cour with biggest anime original stuff.
The anime staff alongside with Klub Outside expects viewers to not only know already the manga but also know the Hell Arc as the anime hints these stuff a lot alongside with Narita who's the author of CFYOW.
Speaking of, after TYBW most likely CFYOW can get an adaptation, whatever they are planning with this remake or something else, not only that 3 games are coming out:
Bleach Soul Puzzle [already released]
Bleach Soul Resonance
Bleach Rebirth of Souls

And perhaps Hell Arc will be continued as a manga sequel and later perhaps as the anime adaptation.

There are also Krew Beinside and many other places where you can find these info since 2 years already, but it requires a good Japanesee translator apps which I don't have so I follow discords communities of Bleach anitubers who goes around this topic since many years.

@DerpySven probably movies of the novels first so kubo can actually start working on hell arc and then they will adapt hell arc
