This Kei guy is just relentless, not afraid of high stake matches. I'm kinda impressed tbh.

Then, there's also guys like Doujima who has all that confidence. Feels like this game introduces characters who are larger than life people.

I'm so confused about this show. I found one episode on 9anime and it was weird as hell but the animation was so crude it has me questioning whether I was watching the original anime or this 2024 remake? is there actually 3 episodes out? what streamer is it actually available on?

I only found 1 ep also, it wasn’t that bad and I only started the anime cuz I thought there was 3 episodes but I couldn’t find them anywhere do I really don’t know, mal usually only post this topic when the ep is actually out

Doujima's got that devil's luck, i mean it is luck but like he said you gotta ride the big wave to enjoy it, seems K learned a lot this episode, wonder how will his mahjong evolve.

Woooo Episode 3. A different rich guy for MC to fight against, one who's willing to dish out the millions. I don't know if I necessarily like the way the show is zipping along with this match. Although suppose I should blame the high stakes of the game for the swift end of it all.

At least the MC knows when to quit. It's a virtue some gamblers have a hard time using.

I have absolutely no idea whats going on, and I have no interest in learning how the game works, but show is still entertaining nonetheless.

Glad he kind of realized how trashy he was being betting Amina's freedom like that. She's def. must protecc char of the show.

I would recommend you to visit https://www.youtube.com/@LightGrunty and watch some of his guides to Japanese Mahjong. I binged half his channel before watching episode 3 and I actually understood the drama for 60%.

Kei is interesting I guess... MC definitely has to protect Amina now, even after rescuing her she's still in danger with how they want to "buy" her again

Is noone going to talk about how unrealistic the hands are? They keep winning yakuman hands almost every round, and even in the same round two players are in yakuman tenpai... Maybe I'm playing on a different level but this usually doesn't happen.
