I read the manga a lot of time (even have physical copy of it because I really love it) and i'm so exicted on the anime as well with aesthetic black and white. But after this 2 episodes, i think it's weird to see the timelines in this anime compare it with the manga source

I wonder why they did it but i think it will reveal soon

Nah. They only read the manga a long time ago and forgot the order, they're trying the best they can!
If you reply back to me and I never respond, I lost interest and don't care. Sorry about that.

It seems like they're doing it to try and keep non readers engaged or it might be part of all the production problems

Uzumaki, despite being one of the few linear stories by Ito Junji (it is not a mini story or anthology like Tomie, which are mini stories with the intervention of Tomie) still maintains that desire and style of Ito Junji to tell something fragmented, the only thing that differentiates it is simply that the characters are the same and do not change from volume to volume (exactly like Tomie, for example) so this "mixing up" of the timelines is not necessarily a bad thing, in reality it makes the adaptation more dynamic, showing us various situations that in the manga happen "one at a time" while in the anime they alternate with others. As long as the matter does not become confusing I would also appreciate it, it remains to be seen what will happen in the last two episodes. For now I am appreciating it a lot, I don't think I have yet understood the criticisms leveled at the adaptation.

Of course it was on purpose. The point of having a director for an anime is to adapt the manga into anime form and to make changes to the story in order to best fit the medium. The director couldn't possibly have glossed over the manga and unintentionally changed the order of events. No matter how bad the final product ends up being, everything was done with intention.

In ep, 2 they shown some decent effort in mixing the events, trying to show us that all of these are occurring simultaneously. It does give a little realism to the story, but they Fuked Up. Everything!! How can one thing of intertwining a linear timeline in such a Short time. They crammed too much, it's like TPN S2 shit, they did.
Honestly, the chapters were small, with decent amount of context of what's happening, the job of a adaptation is to Expand on it, and Make a smooth experience. But they're jumping on, (I mean shitting on) one event after another. It feels like slideshow, exact Copy-Paste.
Why are people watching This Adaptation for, if there's no added context, good animation, smooth experience???
To see The Voice Actor's performance???? Just that?? Brhhhh
