This is a million miles from hentai! Yes there are some sex scenes but the whole tone of this manga is much more serious. It’s a bleak story of adolescence and not for everyone. I rate this manga very highly!

This is a million miles from hentai! Yes there are some sex scenes but the whole tone of this manga is much more serious. It’s a bleak story of adolescence and not for everyone. I rate this manga very highly!

There's a manga called Maka Maka, which is very similar to this in having lots of story focused chapters with not even a bit of ecchi in it but also sex focused as well, that is taged as all three, ecchi erotica and hentai, and that doesn't even show genitals unlike this, if that can be tagged hentai, so can this

I think that this is published in "Manga Erotics F" should clue people in.

But at the same time, I do wish there was a way to sort between manga that has explicit material and manga with the express purpose of being jerkoff material. Would've saved me from reading some bad stuff...

Putting aside the original meaning of the word hentai, the way it’s being used here would be defined as a style of Japanese pornographic anime and manga.

Having a depiction of sex does not always mean it’s pornographic. I hope you understand that and I don’t have to start to define pornographic!

So my view it even though it contains adult material and sex it is not pornographic and therefore not hentai.

It’s not the manga thats different, it’s our understanding of pornographic. You can graphically describe a sex scene but the context of that scene in the manga needs to be understood to determine if it’s pornographic.

Not at all, pornographic means footage of people graphically having sex. The worst part is I know your defending it just because it’s your favorite manga but the manga itself is booty and pornographic
