How was Japan I always wanted to visit too. Yeah I mainly read now, at first I thought manga's were a lot less entertaining than anime, but now my opinion on that has flipped around, I can hardly start an anime, I watch one then I get bored like five minutes into it.

I got around starting it, still in the middle because I read it at work but I reached volume 9 of NGNL so since it was written after the release of the 9th volume I figured it'd be a good time taking it on. I now understand more your review of it, though I may not have reached the parts about Flügel society and the deepening of Chlammy and Fiel. By the way, the way you wrote Kurami made me look at the NGNL wiki and it seems Kurami was a conceptual character before Shiro became a thing. I really love the way Yuu Kamiya kept going on, and finding out about other readers that liked his writing is a really cool thing.

I wonder if you've read/watched Clockwork Planet, by the same author? There's also a part about a mechanical worldbuilding, and geniuses/talented people in a military-driven plot. With a robot maid.

Merry Christmas to you too almost a year late lol. No problem for the late reply, as again this is a year late. My computer died and I forgot about MAL due to it, however I just built my own and I remembered MAL. Not my part no, it was super cold here recently, -36c windchill dropping it to -40 something.
COVID is really forgotten now lol, no one mentions it anymore.

I watched some SoL but definitely not many. I also have not watched anime much recently. Yeah really sad that he died, but his assistant is picking up where he left off and doing pretty decent so far in my opinion. Berserk was my first manga yeah, and one of the first anime I had seen, I think one of the first five maybe? It was the movies though. It is quite upsetting that there is a possibility of Berserk never ending though.
