Is it really less girly than Sailor Moon, Winx Club, Shugo Chara, and Mermaid Melody?

I know I've made this thread many times, but I do that because nobody really has told me why it's less girly

When I watched it, i found it very girly, but I remember I asked people once to rank magical girl anime from least to most girly and some ranked Tokyo Mew Mew below ones like Shugo Chara and Sailor Moon. Looking back, I'm not even sure why I asked people to rank them because they're all pretty girly

Different people will have different view on what is more or less girly, so the fact that some of the people you asked ranked tmm lower doesn't really mean it is less girly.

In my opinion it's just the right amount of girly.

It came off heavily inspired by Sailor Moon to me. I thought it was just as girly. I think sometimes people confuse girly and sensual. Like you can tell SM was originally supposed to be about college girls but TMM was clearly not.
