| Pretty cool pilot that sadly never amounted to a series, redhead was cute too. Short enough to be an entertaining watch at only 30 mins long without overstaying it welcome. It'd be neat if Sae Okamoto (director) got to direct a mecha series in the future. |

| Pretty generic plot and character beats but a lot of cool stuff can be done with the concept so looking forward to the series. The imageboards that are shown during the ED seems to be for the TV series. |

| Man, what a trip that Mecha-Ude is, and going back to the pilot OVA (which will be Episode 4 of the TV series coming this Fall), I dutifully need this reminder since it's been 5 years since I've watched this. The thing is, this OVA can be easily mistaken for the premiere episode, but it's legitimately not, and Hikaru Amatsuga, Aki Murasame are still fun characters in a clearly larger plot of Mecha-Udes being targeted, especially of Hikaru's being Alma the Trigger Arm, alongside Aki's Sinis and Dex Mecha-Udes. And for a new studio, TriF Studio certainly was once to look out for, and it still is now. |
