As a person who grew up with Naruto/Shippuuden, I have to say that there are a lot of similarities, but I don't think it's meant to copy Naruto and instead it's using trope classics that simply remind us of Naruto. This is how the viewer is even more interested in the anime, but after a couple of episodes the realization that those two animes are very different from each other makes it even more interesting. You expect one thing, but then you're being reminded that this is a whole new universe. The characters are on another level - they start from a very high level of skills and mastery and go even further. The FEMALE CHARACTERS ARE SUPREME - extremely well built. They have an important presence in the plot, share their philosophies and provoke the viewer to engage mentally and emotionally.  |

| What a weird ending to the first season. It didn't real feel like a conclusion. This episode on its own was actually decent though. The series as a whole was a little above average, but I really didn't love it. Really good at the start until it got way too much into standard shonen fighting territory. I'll watch the movie and the second season eventually. |
| Nobara was pretty badass this episode, she has good synergy with Itadori. I don't assume we'll get any romance in this show, but if we do those two would fit together quite nicely. I have to say this show definitely exceeded my expectations. I expected a cheap Bleach-like shounen, but it was definitely better than that. Gojo is pretty cool and all the other characters are also interesting, aside from the antagonists at least. 7/10 |
| I will not say that was a hell of an episode, but it was cool? Fine tho, finally rusty hair girl showed off with that imbalance doll technique, somehow they destroyed 3 enemies of SSS tier? Bro somehow ate a fukin finger What did Satoro mean when he said that Sukuna will try to help in finding other fingers, didn't get it, i got that it was a joke but tf. They planned a party, shaaawty(drake). Hell naw bro with cursed talking doesn't go to 1st rank, no shot. So, exclude these bitch-ass transitions, 70% of humour(unfrly i got used to), some parts, 1st intro&outro. LIGHT 7/10(6.5?) I'm betting on the second season, crossing fingers |
