Spice and Wolf is series of 2008 longer than Archenemy, but still gets a remake on 2024.

My point this it wasn't a popular series. Not even a good series, the story was common.

Average artstyle, the music and the songs was good but that's not good enough.

And the Main problem with series was doesn't decide what genre it is.

It begins with romance, continue with adventure then suddenly begins to be political then fighting style and ends with a harem vibe.

Also except of popularity i remember that the manga ending similar way so i think as of the manga the anime was full adaptation.

That's why I believe there's no way this series get Season 2

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

@ejleon Same here, this anime was great and 9/10, I checked out manga that ended in 2016. Not sure, if this is gonna be a new sequel if the author decides to create a sequel and story for the manga to continue.

If it was gonna happen it already would've happened. It's been too long and it wasn't popular enough to even get an English dub.

@Anime_God_King Do you remember me Ookami to Koushinryou? It was released in 2008 and a new season was released in 2024. So I have hope that there will be a new version of it.

@zazo_Zero_2 wrong argument spice and Wolf is popular both season of the 2008 version got a dub. Was part of the series that paved the way for LN in English territory also the 2024 one is a remake so finally the volume 4 is adapted which was skipped in the 2008 version. It's not a season 3.

@Otakupervert890 I know it's not season 3..that's what I think too. There is no need for there to be a new season, just to start over like Dragon Quest: Dai no Daibouken (2020)... and this is just a personal wish.
