| It started funny but each ep has been getting worse. If I have to point something, although everyone says that they replay the same jokes (yeah, kinda), the real problem is that they don't understand the concept of pacing. First two episodes were better, but ep 4 and specially ep 5 just keep going and going and going with the same joke until it gets boring before the punchline finally arrives. The marketing team is everything on this anime, they made the skits better in the trailer that ended being in the show due to how overextended they got. |

| IMHO, this show's humor is really dry, often cringe-y, and it's definitely overhyped by many people who said "this show is going to be good, because Studio WIT is making it", and also their marketing team with that 1-hour loop song. I mean, I just can't see this show beating, or at least on the same level like other similar shows, like Daily Lives of High School Boys, Nichijou, Asobi Asobase, or even Azumanga Daioh, in which those shows are pretty well-known among anime fans... |

| This show got to be the most overhyped new anime of this season. The source is pretty mid and unpopular from get go (like do anyone even heard of this prior to the PV?) The characters outside of Deer Girl are all quite boring. The comedy and meme are like cold jokes type, and only very occasionally make you chuckle a bit due to how stupid it is. The jokes are very repetitive too with half of them just some deer related jokes/puns. Basically the insane PV/ OP make this niche brain-rot show into mainstream popular comedy show, which doesn't fit its status. |

| @Seitaro11 Hint: It doesn't get any better than EP1 If you find EP1 boring, the rest of the show wont change your mind. Source: From someone who enjoyed ep1 but slowly lose interest after ep2, and now dropped it at ep6. |
| I think you need to be high or sleep deprived to watch this to enjoy it more. There are funny parts, and parts "too try hard" that it just "seems funny" but isn't actually funny. And yea, the Blond Girl is a lot better than the actual MC Deer Girl. |

| Mostly an average show, but it have had its moments. I'm usually not a big fan of this type of humor, like Asobi Asobase, Nichijou, Plastic Neesan, Tantei Opera Milky Holmes, etc. |

| I forced myself to watch Shikanoko until eps 8 and it wasn't a pleasant experience I mean the jokes are there but too many bland moments, also yandere sister gimmick did not help at all. Hell, I didn't even know what use of Bashame character in this show up until now. |
Never before have I resonated with an emoji more than with this anime. This was basically me watching all I could tolerate. |

| The way the characters interact and talk is funny enough. The delivery of their lines through superb voice acting makes it funny. The face expressions and reactions of the characters are funny. The constant misfortunes happening to Koshitan are funny. But of course, braindead NPCs are unable to comprehend any of that. |
