The bigger badder monsters give credits in single digit so it's really hard to obtain credits from there. He wasn't just sitting idly for 3 years he was hunting and made a few hundred credits from there. But as he is unable to get any magic credential he'll never reach the requirement to pass. He did get some magic credits from the piece of shit proffessor after getting a hit on him though.Don't u think the way plot is st*pid?? First let me clear one thing, i absolutely don't hate this anime at all. It is literally one of the best anime of this season. Good animation, good action, avarage story (not new only that's why). But plot kind of don't make sense. Like we all know will have super natural physical strength. He may be strongest in class. And still he couldn't earn anything till now. Like what the hell he was doing past 3 years(idk remember how many year his school or college has).like he is smart, i mean in study. he work pretty hard for exams so he does good in written exams. So only question is about magic, and the kind school he is in, im pretty sure that showing flashy magics couldn't be only way to earn credits, like there no way that show magic and earn points is only way. I m preety sure that there would be task based exams, or defeat certain monsters, finished something or like that. Like im sure that he could do just fine using his raw strength and skills. Like he was able to land one hit on the person who is called, close to magia vander. So still if noone knows about him than I think entire blame fall on him. Like u should have countless opportunity where he could make people acknowledge him and shine. Like he made 2 teacher and even principal to do that. So what was he doing all this past years.Like he made promise to become magia vander, and he still care about people's opinion and all. We are talking about becoming of king elites standing on the peak of world. There is no way u can do that with that kind of attitude. I mean story is way to close to mashle, but in mashle mash is ready go against anyone to achieve his dreams.thats the only way u have.buy as for will what he did all this past years and why still he has this kind of attitude. I mean he himself said u earn credit based on skills u display. So why he still have this mentality? I mean u can't become top with this kind of mentality, like one of most important events coming and he is thinking about what people will think about him.like what is he expecting, organised totally different tornament for people who don't have magic power or something? Again absolutely no hate for anime. But it just feel weird to have mc with kind of mentality and attitude for story like this. As for his mentality, he's been oppressed since birth for not having magic. Heck he even was used so that his love interest would come to the academy and that was the only reason they let him admit there in the first place. He'll grow as the anime progresses just like how we see him get angry in the latest episode. |

| you gotta understand that japan does not promote individuality. so mc will grow through his achievements and gaining friends who believe in him thus being recognized through his perseverance. possible plot twist is usually power awakening or gaining something miraculous to turn the tide. |

| Will’s character is a given at this point. The personal irritation I have in particular is why literally every superior mage has to act like a jerk towards him. For what? Are they really that confident or are they actually just very insecure about possibly losing to a deviant? Whenever that happens, it’s just really annoying and tiresome to watch, especially knowing the complicated circumstances. |

Some suggestions, (a) try not to write a huge block of text that doesn’t follow language / grammar rules, (b) try to organize your separate thoughts / points into paragraphs, (c) introduce each new thought / point clearly so the audience can follow along. Have you watched all the current episodes? A lot of the things you are asking were answered already. And in all honesty, this is not one of the best anime’s this season, it is maybe top 20 at best. |
Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.  |

I'm pretty sure they just implied in this newest episode that he did that at a previous magic festival and he was ridiculed for it and ostracized by the whole crowd and academy. that led him to further fade into the background instead of trying to stand out

@MegamiRem look i nowhere asked about credit system. I may don't know about it in detail but i had gist of it like u earn it from academic exams, other way is dungeon but since he only got 4 points after defeating that moster, i knew it was slow process but the point was magic.Like i said this field don't necessarily mean,earn more points if have more magic or u can only earn points if u can display your spells . it is not Pokemon, basically what I'm saying that there would be numbers opportunities to earn points in magic. Like defeating others people in tornament or taking part in other magic compitition , or anything like task which need magic to be completed. Author literally don't give f*ck about explaining that or any of the past years. Also will is not even trying. Like he himself said in tornament u earn points based on the skills u display. So he need breaks so many stereotypes to achieve something. not just sitting around and waiting to miracles to happen. Man u are aiming to become top class of the world.

Some suggestions, (a) try not to write a huge block of text that doesn’t follow language / grammar rules, (b) try to organize your separate thoughts / points into paragraphs, (c) introduce each new thought / point clearly so the audience can follow along.
Have you watched all the current episodes? A lot of the things you are asking were answered already.
And in all honesty, this is not one of the best anime’s this season, it is maybe top 20 at best.

The reason his enrollment was now being questioned, is because she moved up higher, so they felt no reason to continue being silent. Everyone in the entire academy, except a few, have the same exact question, “Why is this person, without magic, even here?”, so teachers / students telling him to leave, mocking him, pressuring him, is in character. Telling them the reason he was allowed to get in or the reason they allowed him to stay, would only cause more hate and problems. |

| @deg Yeah it's been great but last two episode had heavy cg usage not that it was bad but hopefully there won't be more unless they want to do all the horse movements cg cause it's easier/less time consuming as horse movements are hard to animate. |
