 Production company SKY Perfect Pictures opened an official website for the television anime adaptation of Uoto's Chi.: Chikyuu no Undou ni Tsuite (Orb: On the Movements of the Earth) manga and revealed the main cast, teaser visual (pictured), and a teaser promotional video. The anime, produced by Madhouse, is scheduled to premiere in October 2024 at 11:45 p.m. on NHK.Cast Rafał: Maaya Sakamoto (Kuroshitsuji) Nowak: Kenjirou Tsuda (Jujutsu Kaisen) Hubert: Show Hayami (Bleach) Uoto began serializing the historical manga in Big Comic Spirits in September 2020 and ended in April 2022. Shogakukan shipped the eighth and final volume in June of the same year. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English in February 2023 and published it in a 2-in-1 omnibus edition. | The cast is really solid, but can't say the same about presented animation. We still don't know the staff too. Still I'm lowkey hyped. Hope it's gonna be a complete adaptation. |
