| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- It's good to see Kanou again but I'm not sure if this good material for a serialization 'cause honestly, it didn't impress me in any way, one reason being that it was really short, thus there wasn't a whole lot of time for development and another that it feels like it's done. What do you guys think? |

| I liked this a lot! It feels good to see two attractive, consenting partners get together! It felt refreshing as opposed to the usual "loser guy + perfect girl" or "loser girl + perfect guy". |

| I'm a huge Yasuhiro fan, so it's great to see another work from him. Clean and good-looking art as usual. His style seems "normal" and plain at first, but once the comedy kicks in it gets really unique. I agree, this isn't a "serializable" series. I remember reading in a comment somewhere (Batoto perhaps?) that all of Yasuhiro's manga include keeping a secret, and that kind of story is difficult to continue for a while. I have to admit, that kind of story is easy to pull in readers, but hard to keep them reined in--unless it happens to be a thriller as well (Death Note, anyone?). I really, *really* hope he gets serialized somehow, though. Not just as an artist, with someone else writing, but as a full mangaka. His stories are really unique and imaginative. |
