| This girl is truly terrible to describe. Apart from her perfect appearance, her tsundere nature is also a plus point for her. Especially when she uses Russian which makes this unique. And I can't wait to see more of Yuki. Next, Masachika has to at least fight Alya.  |

| I found this first episode so adorable and funny. I thought that the concept was great, the plot was well-written and the main characters very interesting, really good animation, Sumire Uesaka does a great job of course, the OP and ED are good, and I'm looking forward to see more of all the sides characters (I think it is a very good sign that I find them almost as much fun and interesting as the mains). Overall, it felt like a very solid start for a series that will potentially/probably be the best romcom of the season! |

| @cemaa Damn, I totally forgot about that scene. I felt that the episode was missing something, and this was it. They should've, though. That was very comedic in the LN. Alya then confiscating their phones. Here's hoping they'll add it in the next episode. 9.2/10. |

Alya thought Masachika got Vladimired everytime she spoke Russian. Sike Masachika the chad knows Russian from his childhood lol. Really definitely lookin' forward to ep 2 |

| @Wwwwat LMAO, I thought the exact same thing! Wasn't his name Tato or Potato? Anyways, I'm going into this blind and I enjoyed watching this first episode. Alya has some nice legs and I can only imagine how red and embarrassed she'll be when she finds out (I'm assuming she'll find out) that Kuze understands her speaking Russian. |
| As a native Russian speaker all Russian phrases seem to have been recorded separately, but damn, could have at least mix normally, and that is not only that with the lips badly coincides, but also an order of magnitude quieter, can not even understand what is said. Could just hire Jenya Davidyuk, guess it wasn't an option as she's 40 now and have kids, such a shame. I agree that it does look a bit silly when the main feature of the anime is presented so poorly. But here it's like a person unfamiliar with the concept of accent trying to pronounce the words on the sound of the google translator, very bad. |

| It was totally worth the wait. Wednesday's are for Doga Kobo this summer. After reading the news article regarding the staff for this production I was certainly excited to see this anime in action. This first episode was honestly amazing. Not only did we get some money fan-service but the art and character designs are really impressive. Even the back-ground characters got some love and have great detail. It took me almost 40 minutes to get through this episode with all of the backtracking I did to look at the pretty scenery. Awesome, I'm super hyped to continue with this show. This is the second language themed romance I'll be watching this year. Didn't know I needed this content. xD |
