| God bless that random appearance of Umibouzu and his family because Risa drowning in her own self-pity for almost the whole episode was really exasperating to see. Besides, her reason for Ootani not liking her because of their height difference couldn't be more stupid. And on a side note, I'm glad to see many people here have changed their opinions about Ootani. Come on, as if going from friends to lovers would be that easy. |

| just a couple of details not expressed since multiple episodes... when i see Nakao all i can think about is he looks like a young Brock from Pokemon with eyes open, and if Risa Koizumi wasn't already the best character to begin with, her italian dub actress (discovered for voicing Mikuru Asahina from Haruhi Suzumiya in late 2008, when it became on the spot my favorite anime of all time) did the best job of the entire cast. So goddamn perfect in switching from funny goofball to heavily depressed voiceovers, and considering the wild mood swings of her character, it was a very hard task. This episode... is very refreshing. Nobu really tries her best to be a good friend to Koizumi, even apologizing for the times she thought to be too intrusive in scheming her and Otani to become a different kind of couple (plus, her faces while fighting in a clouded scuffle the man himself at the beginning were hilarious), it was cool to see the girls getting into a pillow fight to make the bad thoughts go away and more shenanigans during the free day of the trip. Umibozu of all people involuntarily contributing to the main duo's messy terms still going back and forth was actually nice to watch. And finally, after rejoining the classmates, she does again a bold declaration of intents and he's like just... "uhm...oook?" lol. |

| This episode didn’t start off too great with Risa moping a lot of it, but the more the episode progressed the more I started to enjoy it. Also: Nobuko is the best friend anyone could ever wish for <3 She’s incredible!!  |
| Risa did her best to try and bring things to the status quo, but faking it is way too hard! I'm glad she was able to be honest with Otani and that he was okay with that. They even had a fun time and got to meet their idol Umibozu. This was a nice episode! |
