@Zarutaku For example, the one that plays at EP 1 beginning at 18:59 and ending at 20:53, or the one that plays at 17:18 in EP 5

They are both pretty nice

Indeed, the soundtrack is very well done, I like the classic and folk elements.

Yes, very classically medieval European fantasy-inspired. Definitely comes off like Celtic or other northern European music from the countryside associated with the era this world is supposed to somewhat mimic or mirror, with traditional rural life, and just that general vibe. One of the finer points of the series and really goes a long way toward establishing the tone and making it feel atmospheric and broken in/lived in. It's partly because of such an OST that I wish other aspects of the series like the writing and its pacing, were more in line or equal with its immersion-building. It's safe to say that as I've watched this series week to week, the calm old timey wandering adventurer and small old European town/village mood I got episode to episode from the main OST, along with the ED, was actually a substantial part of its appeal and some of what I most enjoyed and looked forward to.

The whole OST, including the ED too, was surprisingly spot-on and just way more fitting than I expected from a series I didn't think would be too high quality in that respect and figured would just throw on any "good enough" vaguely fantasy-ish and JRPG generic tracks. It's not like an all-time top OST for me or anything like that, but definitely one of the ones which stands out as most closely matching the setting and general content of its series out of all the dozens of seasonals I've seen the past few years. Like top five or 10 in that sense.

Such a good show for the ears, except for that opening theme. My god, it's just so, so bad.

Definitely agree. I've been thinking that same thing for a few weeks now. Now I'm just waiting for the OST to get uploaded to YouTube at some point.
