| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Ah.. This is the stuff. The first chapter is certainly promising. The art style is just perfect. The theme and the style of the story-telling too.. Cheeky. Cute and funny but with certain hints of darkness. The contrast is just amazing. I love it. The croc tho.. LOL. Did it wear a glasses? |
| The art is a bit quirky, but it gets the job done while keeping to the theme of this wacky girl. That guy buying prostitutes while lecturing a girl to settle down... That's definitely a choice, but I'm sure there are some men out there like that. LMFAO! Not even just men lecturing prostitutes, but even people lecturing retail and fast food workers. When I worked at a sandwich shop and at the mall, people would be like "it's sad that you're working on such a nice Saturday". It's like... You're here on a nice Saturday, thus creating the demand for workers on a nice Saturday. Or those people who lectured about me working on Christmas Eve at the mall. Like, y'all shop there and create a demand. Also, I was happy to work at the mall on Christmas Eve, because I got paid extra to work that day. So I'm good! lol. No matter what, people who create the demand for something will lecture about you working that particular job. |
| That was more melanchonlic that what I was expecting, thought it would be more gradually throughout the chapters progression instead of the first chapter form start to finish, it captured certain hollowness in a fun and unpleasant way. |
