| Finally getting serious... but Goku's starving stomach is handicapping him. Ugh... I didn't find the whole "cat and mouse" game for pretty much the whole episode all that entertaining, especially not after all the previous crappy shenrons that Goku fought at full power unnecessarily... Just give us a serious fight already .__. Also I assume that Goku (SSJ4) will be able to fight without issues, aside from his stomach... he stood up to that shenron's lightning like 2 shenrons ago. If he has electrical resistance, why not heat? Another note, I noticed when Nouva Shenron would talk that he has like a "burning fire" (whatever) sound behind his voice which I found a bit annoying... hopefully that Ice guy doesn't have like a icy wind behind his... |

| Folks in this thread are kinda goofy when they see Nova Shenron and think “finally, a serious opponent”, two of the Shenrons Goku fought so far were pretty tough imo, being Rage and Naturon, it’s just that the conditions of their defeats were pretty specific so they didn’t seem that tough, maybe people just didn’t like them because they were more like cartoon villains than traditional DB villains lol. That being said tho, I am really liking Nova Shenron so far, he has a really threatening design and voice and you can tell he’s a cut above the ones before him, a lot of his attacks were very cool too with the whole sun aspect. His fight so far tho is a bit reminiscent of the final bits of the General Rildo fight where instead of fighting Goku is having to run away and hide while the villain tries to find him in a horror movie type fashion, I found it fun myself. I will say tho it is a bit aggravating that Goku was nerfed for most of this episode because he was hungry, why are you trying to find the dragon balls knowing they’re going to try to kill you on an empty stomach lol, I like the idea of Goku having to run instead of fight right away but I think they could have thought of a better reason. But near the end of the episode the real fight is beginning with Nova shedding his shell and revealing the more golden look, imo the red look was cooler but he still looks badass, and Ice Shenron is poking around too so I look forward to seeing how he plays a role in this fight. |

| An episode that could have easily lasted just 4 minutes, completely pointless with the game of tag between the two. So far, there's not even a hint of real action in the style of Z. I really hope these final episodes are as I remember them and not like the Baby saga. :/ |
