You know, you’re not wrong 😂 can we talk about that! Tf is this title, I mean you go into Naruto to focus on the story of Naruto uzumaki then you go into one piece to focus on a kid trying to find a treasure we’ve yet to see, then you go into bleach………..maybe titles aren’t that deep 😦

All jokes aside no that title is definitely misleading for the beginning and middle but maybe the end will make it clearer, only time can tell if Miyo and kudou will have a happy marriage.

@INTJ_Ren ikr usually the tittle is describing the entire anime

at first looking at the title my thought was "finally some wholesome stuf like non non biyori but in adult form" but nope its just drama and classic cinderella type of thing.

you're right only time will tell but for now the title should be "my tatakae marriage" or something

It is not misleading, she does have a happy marriage, everyone else are crap

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

@ejleon maybe you're right, she is happy but only because her happiness standard is ruined. For most common people that's not a happy marriage. I got the idea of "I'm happy as long as I'm witchu" but nah the tittle should do better

I mean it is a little misleading but not really. She was a miserable woman living with her dad stepmom and stepsister where she was basically a slave. Then her dad marries her off to a guy whom was notorious for being cold and pushing his fiancés away and having them running away. So when she got there she was just happy to be out of the house and wanted to make it work. Only to realize he’s nothing like what the runouts said about him. So she from from being miserable and a slave to her family to being in a happy marriage. Also everyone thought she would run away and be too embarrassed to return home and end up living in the streets like her sister hoped. But the opposite happened and she’s now in a happy marriage well technically they aren’t married yet. But they are in a happy relationship and will get married

“Happiness standard is ruined” … her whole life has continued to be ruined by those evil people.

Miyo living with Kiyoka together has made her free, appreciated, loved, protected, and gave her opportunities to have better living and clothes, freedom or movement, money, education, and to meet people that have helped her in her life, like that servant woman from her past.

What are you thinking is wrong with their relationship ?

I just read the description before watching? Anime these days describes the whole show in the title, but we haven't gotten the whole story, and are just on season 1. The title will most likely fit later on in the show
