This episode definitely had more tension than usual episodes. I really enjoyed this style being in thrown in with the investigative, abstruse nature of the first season and the second season thus far.

Gouda, you piece of !"#%

Great ep. Nice to see S9 once again having trouble with a real enemy. I mean, Gouda.
Last time they were like this they almost got killed by military.

If i'm being honest, i like the start of this 2nd season more than de start of the first season.

This episode was great. The portrayal of that Godha guy is just excellent. As much as I hate him, his looks, the music when he appears, his voice, etc. makes him a really complete and memorable character.

Eager to see what will happen next

some artstyle change was very noticeable especially Makoto's character design. I like this way tbh.

Gouda seems to be quite tough villain and knows what he is doing. this will be interesting to see how S9 deals with from this situation.

From this episode, I get it what makes S2 quite different like it has three different episode which each has different focus like: Individual (IN), dividual (DI) and dual (DU). IN episodes tie in with the Individual Eleven storyline; DI episodes are stand-alone episodes that may still be tied into other storylines; and DU episodes tie in with the Cabinet Intelligence Service & Goda story-line (ripped from the wiki incase anyone was confuse about S2 at this point).

Gotta give Gouda credit for playing so well. But the situation between goverment and refugees will get out of hand if incidents like this keep happening.

The animation in this episode was poor. The characters, specially Motoko and Togusa looked all wrong.

Gouda is one incredibly sneaky yet efficient operator. Cunning as phuck. That said, it's strange that Aramaki, having direct access to the PM can allow Section 9 to be used in that manner. If the thing with the shooting of the refugees comes out, section 9 is in trouble.

I don't feel a difference in the animation. Some chara designs may seem a bit off-models, but nothing really shocking.

Excellent episode as usual. I hope Section 9 will do something about this unpleasant situation.

Loved the tension created in this episode. Reminded me of the border convoy scene from Sicario.

Gouda certainly is kind of dick for not being honest with the people he's working with, but Section 9 probably wouldn't have agreed to his plans if he was transparent with them. But they don't exactly have any right to refuse either way do they? Like no one on the team trusts this guy, but they had no choice but to go along with him. Perhaps them thinking they were actually transporting plutonium helped keep them on edge better and not half-ass it. Although I don't know why he couldn't have gotten anyone else to play the decoy instead. Not gonna lie though, I kind of missed what the point was in transporting the plutonium out of there other than the obvious that it's, well, some dangerous sh*t. At least it's, safe now, I guess??

Ha! So it seems that they all sang victory too soon, they were happy that Section 9 was rebuilt and given funds again, but it turns out the reason it was built was just to do silly errands for the minister!

What an interesting plot, will they quit? Will they accept their new silly jobs? Will they fight??!!!

Where did the guy at the start get the rocket launcher from? Did he just pull it out of his ass? He clearly didn't have it equipped before using it.

Sooooo tense. Section 9 got absolutely played. Really masterful directing and pacing that can have me on the edge of my seat even when nothing really happens.

So, it wasn't just me! The animation looked like a fan-made remake of the original. Pretty basic and at times the proportions were plain wrong. What the hell?

Section 9 has to be a tense delivery service for an episode. But when your dealing with a hazardous material like Plutonium. It definitely makes sense for it to be so high strung.

Gouda got those innocent folks killed,. and made section 9 look like fools. What is this guys deal???
