I think that it was Tianchen that killed his father. I pointed this before, just before the mother reacts Xiaoshi in Tianxi's body is both touching the photo and Tianchen's hands. Yes, Tianchen was barely conscious, and maybe precisely because of that his power manifested at that moment. Remember the story he was telling? He was telling about how he attacked the crows and was chasing a crow. Maybe with this instinct of protecting his sister and attacking the danger in front of him, by instinct his power may have activated and he possessed his mother via the photo she was holding. Xiaoshi that was holding the photo may have acted was the bridge like Lu Guang does for him, that why he could see from the mother's eyes, but only see without controlling her body. Maybe this is how it works for Xiaoshi and Lu Guang.

The wild card is the neighbor, if he entered the room before the policed arrived.

What might have caused that Cheng Xiaoshi escaped with the sister?, maybe she told him something about this,something about Lu Guang? Well, I don't know, I actually think that I might have gone to far with this theory haha. I'll keep waiting for the next episode.

That aside I don’t think Tianxi is the one we’re seeing here but it’s her brother. That gag about the coke and CXS comment abt her rude burping may have been foreshadowing her actually being the brother in possession. Maybe the brother’s powers are like CXS while Xixi’s are like LG it’d also explain why in the flash back the killer (while in LQ’s body) said you could fool me but not her, the ‘her’ here being his sister. It also makes sense why she could talk now rather than what she said. I can’t help but feel that sob story she said and all is just to manipulate CXS but idk smth didn’t feel right about him this episode. Could one of thr sibling’s power have smth to do with touch? Which is why she was touchy with him.

And her whispered question the police officer felt intentional too. Maybe she was whispering smth else to CXS first which only he heard before she actually addressed the officer (I don’t remember her name)

As fas as Tianchen's powers, i think he can control anyone he touches. He did the whole sob story to put CXS and everyone listening in off guard. Then grabbed CXS hand and hasn't let go since, even while they are running. Then the whispering was to get close to the female officer so he could touch her and control her too, the surveilience showed him holding both of them.

While CXS was in the past as Tianxi, the only times he lost connection with LG were when Tianchen and Tianxi were touching. Last episode he was touching her when they were talking together and LG/CXS lost connection briefly. Then CXS also lost connection when Tianchen was holding Tianxi and covering her eyes. I'm guessing his power grew stronger in that moment and he was able to use his sisters power (and by extension CXS power) to take over the mom or he was somehow able to temporarily take control without touch and CXS was pulled along for the ride. I think the mom stabbed herself after she was no longer under anyone's power and realized what happened to her husband.

As far as the person that gave LG the picture in the first place, that was Tianxi. That person never spoke, and the message on the back was about saving her brother (ie tianchen).

What LG is doing and why he ran off is still something I dont understand yet, but I'm guessing he was the blackhaired kid from the past that we haven't seen the face of yet. There's so little that we know about him and why he approached CXS in the first place. I mean how did they ever even find out they have complimentary powers.... he had to know what he was doing when he first met CXS and i think that meeting was all part of some bigger plan we're starting to see glimpses of.

I'm glad this show is bringing up domestic violence in such a real manner, because it's a big problem in east asia still (and around the world).

I might have a new favorite character in Tianxi now. Young Tianxi is cute and adorable. Present-day Tianxi gives off girlboss vibes.

Also I'm pretty sure that Tianxi->Xiaoshi patdown just gave birth to a whole new ship lmao
