24 episodes or 12??

I thought earlier information pointed towards this series being 24 episodes in length. But now it has been changed to 12 and I couldn't find further evidence of the show being 24 episodes. What's going on here? It would really hurt if this show got canceled for reasons.

I am enjoying this show. Why 12 episodes now? It was 24 at first. Oh!!!! LMFAO. I see how. They might be trying to create momentum for a second season. It makes perfect sense. It was 24 episodes before but now it's 12. It's obvious. They be trynna prepare us for a second season. I hope my deduction is true though. I truly hope cause that is what I want.

They changed it from 24 episodes to unannounced instead of 12 episodes confirmed. Does this mean anything? What sources does mal use that confirms this show will only have 12 episodes?

I think this anime show is not profitable for the company ,so they may try to end this show in 12 episodes (in half ),I guess that

possibly there are 24 episodes that have been made but may be in 2 seperated parts,i guess the only way to discover is to wait,it could also be a mistake that they putted 24 episodes

It's weird since AniChart still has it at 24 episodes.. Not the first time some MAL admin or mod would make a dumb mistake but that's most likely just what it is tbh..
