| please tell me aono's mom just collapsed or something and she'll be alright? if something bad happened to her or if she died (i hope to god she didn't) there's no way aono will ever be able to recover. it took him forever to play violin again after everything happened with his dad. im afraid that would be his final straw |

| I think the problem was that aono had the bad luck to hear saeki before he tried the piece in his home. I don't think saeki is that better than him but in the end he is comparing himself to saeki and that's a problem but aono has akine so she will help him I'm sure. I doubt aono's mother is in danger, maybe overwork for what was said in the preview and aono has his friends that will be there for him. |
| Harada inviting both Aono and Saeki into a Top Practice session, it's the best of the best of each section playing together, at the recommendation of Ayukawa. Even a practice session like this can get on one's nerves, especially playing the 2nd Movement, and the duo takes this account of their section leaders being open about their feelings, though they hold an oath together with Harada being concert master for the first time. With a perfect tune, both Aono and Saeki sink the sounds in their heads, knowing what to expect for their role going forward. But it remains that the both of them are eternal rivals, magnifying their Senpai's twilight. Aono's mother is feeling the heat, and the same goes for Ayukawa, meaning that it's just individual practice. But Aono, after hearing Saeki's tune, gets distracted and could not concentrate. Though Tachibana has been serious for the most part, she's leading sectionals temporarily, and Akine comes in to refine everyone's tune together. They've improved, though Akine finally managed to get a compliment off of her, and one look at Aono, she senses something off about him, on top of the re-test. Aono, realizing that he's losing his position to Saeki everyday, avoids him like the plague, wishing that he would be like the perfectionist. The rift dividing Aono and Saeki, and to make matters worse, his mother is in grave danger of her health. Nothing is going good for Aono now... |

| That really hit Aono hard but he should try to find the answer fit for himself and not copy Saeki. He needs more confidence. Also I really hope his mother is gonna be alright, she's a such a great mom. Good to see more of Tachibana, Akine and the trio btw. |

| I was scared that they were going to forget about Akine after the auditions, but I'm glad she's still around. |
