| first years are around 15. They graduate around 22. Probably count +/- 1 year since like any school it depends when in the year they're born. It's basically like 3 years of high school + 4 years of university from our point of view. A 5th year would be in his 2nd year of university here. The anime made Rivermore look older than he should, but he still look fairly old for being 20 regardless. He's a necromancer after all. Living along the living dead in the middle of mausoleums breathing air filled to the brink with death related magic is probably not the best living style to look young. |

| That and before 15 mages in Kimberly were homeschooled. That's because mage families focus on passing down their arts on their kids, so that their kids can continue and improve their magic arts. |
