Precure stans eating good this weekend. Movie trailer looks amazing and now this phenomenal episode.

Couldn’t ask for a better resolution to Sora’s crisis of heart. Teared up reading Mashiro letter to her. That “my hero” at the end really got me. Some people were thinking the captain wouldn’t survive but cmon, that was never gonna happen . It was always a matter of how Sora would overcome adversity and save her idol.

The final fight was insanely well done. Dunno who did the story boarding but props to them

In my truly honest opinion, this two part episode is one of the worst written anime episodes I’ve ever seen. Despite the “dreams aren’t easily broken”/“Sora was already a hero” message, it literally could have gone either way, and I didn’t liken it at all.

If it had gone the other way, it wouldn’t have taught anyone anything, there would have just been more suffering for everyone involved, and this entire show likely would have had one of those “victory has a price” endings. I very nearly dropped this show after this episode. In any event, they also teased Sora being unable to even say the word “hero”, in order to add even more unnecessary drama (though she apparently won’t mind if everyone she cares about calls her that…).

Remember, this is a family franchise, not one of those shows that focuses on older viewers (despite what some fans, and certain sources claim), and don’t “Heartcatch” me. From what I understand, what happened there shouldn’t have happened either. In any case, I’m a little disappointed that the writers of this two part episode felt they had to write it the way they did just to keep it…”interesting”.

So next week, it’s back to Skyland to cure the king and queen, and Ellee has a secret…

Truly the best episode so far, it made me tear up a bit. I think it's been YEARS since a precure episode has been this emotional and mature and I really missed this feeling.
Mashiro did finally had some time to properly shine, cheering up Sora, being her reason to don't give up, finally being active in the battle.
Sora gaining her hope back was fantastic, and her not wanting to hit the enemy at the end truly shows she's not afraid anymore and that she's a real hero.

This is the Precure I fall in love with!

This episode was so powerful... I personally don't really have a dream, or maybe I just haven't found it yet, but i think it's so wonderful how hard people who have them work to accomplish them! Doing your best, maybe getting your dreams broken once or twice, yet still always standing up again because in the end it's the thing that you love its always my favorite thing to see in fiction, even if at this point it may be common, its always so nice to see how everything executes it, and precure did it in a very inspiring way in this episode💕 I hope this episode made kids as happy and energized as it did for me!!!!

And by the way, Sora's seiyuu did an excellent job in these last two episodes!!!! Her performance was so emotional and so powerful too...

That was a great episode, I was hoping Mashiro would get a bit of a power up but the episode was so beautiful and so well animated I can't complain.

Well, they ended up punching their way out of their problem again, but I still appreciated all the sentiments throughout the episode. I suppose as a Precure series, it shouldn't be darker than it already is, though I would have at least liked Mashiro's threat against Battamonda to have been similar to Sora's in terms of intensity and camerawork. Seemed kind of plain here? Might have made this moment a lot more impactful, and it could have shown Mashiro's personal growth catching up to Sora. Still, I appreciate the hard-earned happy ending.

It felt a bit rushed to get Sora's back but her bond with Mashiro has a good foundation so the episode was still able to deliver a satisfying ending.
